Robert Lavallee is the Owner of Branhaven Chrysler-Jeep Dodge in Branford, Connecticut. Branhaven has been serving the Connecticut shoreline since his father, John, opened up shop in 1970. As the first Five Star dealer in Connecticut, Robert understands the importance of investing in his staff and facility to increase the bottom line. That’s why Robert was happy to take ownership of his F&I program in 2011 with the help of RMG. Together we have maximized profits, while minimizing risk and staying compliant.

“RMG has completely transformed the way we approach F&I. When we made the decision to change providers in 2011, we were hovering around $1,000 a copy and receiving minimal profit sharing revenue. After signing up with RMG, our PRU increased over time to over $1,500 a car. That’s a 50% increase in F&I profitability. In 2013 RMG designed and implemented a custom prepaid maintenance program which has provided a dramatic increase in service retention and customer loyalty.  This program also gives us a value add on the sales end for all of our new and used vehicle customers while differentiating us from our competition.
